Customer Success Manager (Palo Alto, CA)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for new customers – assisting them during initial implementation and guiding them towards success. After initial implementation, you’ll be responsible for educating established customers about new functionalities, sharing best practices and otherwise growing Totango’s value within their organization.  You will develop a deep understanding of Customer Engagement and the Totango platform so as to create and evolve best practices around the technology. Help our customers become BFFs with us!


  • Onboard new accounts and ensure a successful implementation

  • Track & monitor account status and identify areas of concern

  • Develop application notes to help customers understand actions they need to take to achieve success

  • Strategize, conceive and execute internal processes to streamline and scale customer-success work

  • Identify shortcomings in our product or service and communicate internally with relevant stakeholders in sales, marketing, product and engineering to remove them

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong technical background, particularly with online software (SaaS) products and services

  • Great communication and accounts management skills

  • Good writer – documents and presentations

  • Organized and methodical

  • Able & willing to travel abroad every couple of months or as the job requires
