Catching Up With Totango, May Has Been An Exciting Month!

We’ve been super busy attending conferences and touring the country at our Customer Success Tour meetups in Boston and San Francisco this past month! We also spoke at All About The Cloud, the Marketo User Summit, on a Zendesk webinar and at a CloudMaffia meetup on monetizing mobile apps. It’s safe to say that we’re seeing Customer Success Management roles emerging from within companies that see the value of customer lifetime value! We are also excited about partnering with Engine Yard as part of their add-ons program. After developing your app with Engine Yard, monetizing your app with Totango is the logical next step.

However, nothing excites us more than new customers and we welcomed many of them to the Totango family this month! Read about our customer success stories on our blog: Jeff Wiss from Zendesk, who also co-presented with us at the Marketo User Summit, speaks about achieving higher trial success rates using e-mail nurturing campaigns that are triggered by Totango insights. Tal Kamilian from Logitude speaks about using Totango to understand what product features can increase usage and adoption.

New Features

We released many new features this past month including:

Active-Lists: dynamically and automatically segment your users or accounts based on their actions; then trigger the next best sales or marketing action to increase usage, customer lifetime value and customer satisfaction.

Eloqua Integration: we have added Eloqua integration to the family of the pre-built connectors. Totango also provides robust CSV export and an open API to trigger your own custom actions based on Totango insights.
