New with the Totango platform: contract info, attributes, and redesigned knowledgebase

Here’s a quick announcement on what’s new with Totango on both the platform and our website:

  1. Contract information: At a glance you can see how much money is at risk (aka the account value), when contract renewal dates are, How does this help you? Now you can better understand accounts and easily identify revenue at risk of churn and similar issues. For example you can look up “onboarding” and quickly segment your active lists to determine value and which accounts to prioritize.

  2. New attribute types: Now you have more flexibility for defining attributes. You can define more qualitative and data-related attributes.  For example, this would be great for creating active lists such as “All accounts that purchased more than 10 licenses and using less than 3”.
  3. Revamped knowledgebase with helpful best practices and guides: the content is now split based on different tracks so users of any level and get exactly what they are looking for. Do you have a track to suggest for us? Email me at oren@totango.com.
