If we were running a reality show we’d probably be: TNTCSM (Totango’s Next Top Customer Success Manager). But luckily for our clients, we aren’t — and because we’re not, we’re very committed to bringing them even more personalized and engaging experiences with our team. We currently have a couple openings for Customer Success Managers – do you have what it takes?

Picture this, you’ve got the technical savvy, great communication skills, you’re organized and you love details. Right now you’re standing in front of the judges and here’s what they want to hear from you:

  1. Share a recent story you experienced in your work that relates to customer success. What did you learn from it?
  2. Share a recent story, as a customer, how you were treated, that impressed you. Did you recently buy something in a store? We love to see what you see.
  3. Tell us what of the above requirements is not applicable, and what do you think should be the requirement for this job?
