Customer Success Summit 2014 Agenda and Customer Success Heroes Awards

The Customer Success Summit Agenda
This year’s summit is already bursting at the seams with real life knowledge from current professionals in Customer Success to help you build the ultimate Customer Success playbook. Take a look at the agenda – you’ll see we’re incorporating as many “plays” as possible while also providing thought-leadership and pulling in visionaries to share what they see for the future of Customer Success.

It won’t be all work and no play though – the Customer Success Summit is the #1 gathering and networking event for all in or interested in Customer Success. This is your chance to speak directly with those who run customer success for emerging startups like Unbounce, Kapost, and Influitive, to larger companies like Evernote and Optimizely. The early bird rate is only available for a limited time so don’t wait to register. Plus, all attendees can look forward to a very special welcome gift at the event.

The Customer Success Heroes Awards
We’re very excited to announce the first-ever Customer Success Heroes Awards! Now is the time for you to recognize someone who’s excelled in Customer Success or has made an impact on you or your organization. This could be a peer, someone you’ve worked with from another company, or any customer success professional you’d like to give kudos to! To nominate your Customer Success Hero fill out this 2-minute nomination form! The top heroes will be honored at the Customer Success Summit. Nominations close 11:59pm PT on Saturday March 8.

Last but not least, if you’re interested in getting more exposure at the event, take a look at our sponsorship offerings and contact us at summit@totango.com.
