Totango Tour Stopped in Boston- Here’s What Happened

For stop number three of the Totango Tour we headed to Boston earlier this week for a whirlwind of Customer Success events. We attended SuccessCon East on Wednesday followed by our Customer Success event and meetup on Thursday.

SuccessCon East was an informative day of seminars and networking for Totango. The day was broken into Keynotes, Case Studies and Breakout Sessions, and each speaker shared their unique perspective on Customer Success. Totango was well represented with a sponsor table and a breakout session with our Chief Customer Officer, Omer Gotlieb, who discussed “Mapping the Customer Journey.” After the breakout sessions, we headed to the Mezzanine of the Embassy Suites in Waltham to network with other Customer Success professionals, many from Boston and a few from around the world. Overall we had a great time, had interesting conversations and met a lot of influential people working in Customer Success.

Day two of our Boston trip was our third stop of the Totango Tour.  We held part one of the event, our interactive seminar, at the Omni Parker House Hotel. The interactive session featured Totango CCO, Omer Gotlieb, and David Link, Director of Customer Success at Swipely.  Omer kicked off the session by sharing some best practices for implementing Customer Success and discussed how to decrease churn by increasing value for customers. After Omer presented, David Link shared how Swipely incorporates Customer Success into their business model. The presentations were followed by an open Q&A session where Customer Success professionals could ask questions about Totango, Swipely, or about best practices specific to their organization.

After the session, we finished off the evening with food, drinks and networking at our Customer Success Meetup directly across the street, at Scholars Lounge. This was a great chance for attendees to have one-on-one conversations with the presenters and other like minded professionals.  On the whole, stop number three of the Totango Tour was a huge success!
