There’s been a lot to celebrate around the Totango office of late and it seems that the accolades are only just beginning. In the course of the last 2 months, Totango has won 2 awards and has been announced as a finalist for a third! While we’re not ashamed to admit that we’re a little excited about all of the trophies headed our way for these awards, we also feel that they are great indicators of the work we’ve been doing to make ours the best solution for people looking to drive value for their customers.

Winner: SIIA NextGen Awards in Mobile, Most Disruptive

Recognized for our brand new mobile app, this award validated the work we put into creating a way for Customer Success professionals to access the information they need on the go. The NextGen Awards given to innovative companies who have an excellent product or service. “I liked the story and history, the simplicity of the solution and how it allows the user to track their customer and provide health ratings based on the needs of that customer.”

Winner: SIIA CODiE Awards, Customer Relationship Platform

We all know making your customer’s successful is the most important part of building long term customer relationships. This award symbolizes that the industry is now looking for new and better ways to manage their customer relationships and truly understanding your customers is becoming the key. VP & General Manager for the Software & Services Division at SIIA, Rhianna Collier, said about the awards, “SIIA’s 2015 Software CODiE Award winners’ are some of the most innovative, high-impact software products in the market. We congratulate all of this year’s CODiE Award winners, and thank them for the contributions they have made to the software industry.”

Finalist: The 2015 American Business Awards, Relationship Management Solution

There were such a large number of submissions and high average scores they received during more than six weeks of first-round judging. Totango’s new reimagined Customer Success Platform was announced as a finalist for the best Relationship Management Solution. Winners for this award will be announced September.

We’re so excited about the industry recognition that we’ve received for our product so far and we look forward to continue pushing the envelope to deliver the simplest, smartest, and most effective Customer Success Solution for our customers.
