Churnzero is a lot of heavy lifting at first. It would be best if you made sure that your accounts are up to date and that you have the correct contact information in those accounts to set up automated features. The integrations with Salesforce could be a little quicker as far as API calls go.
Totango is a fast and reliable customer success management platform. Great and easy to set up but also allows more advanced automation for advanced teams and processes. Highly recommended for teams on their way to scaling and standardizing their CSM processes.
