Integration

Once you’ve completed the Accelerator Program Orientation, it is time to start the Integration process!  The Accelerator Integration is broken down into two stages:

Data Overview

  1. Identify whether your accounts are structured in a Flat or 2-level customer hierarchy
  2. Identify your account data source - CRM, Data Warehouse, CSV, or other types. Then, identify which deals and/or opportunities are the source of truth for contract value and account details for your working level in your Data Source
  3. Meet with your Customer Success Engineer to review your hierarchy, product and data source in a 15 minute 1:1 meeting

Data Integration

  1. Receive documentation on integrating your data source based on the Data Overview meeting
  2. Complete the steps provided to you by your Customer Success Engineer to set up, but not complete your account data source integration
  3. Meet with your Customer Success Engineer for a 1 hour 1:1 meeting to complete the integration of your account data
